- Genuine compassion for older adults and individuals with disabilities
- Reliability, dependability and a strong work ethic
- Respect for clients' privacy, dignity and autonomy
- Professional communication with clients, families and team members
- Ability to pass a thorough background and reference check
- Previous experience in home care or a related field (preferred)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
